Email [email protected] to let the Finance Department know you have been approved for ESTF and we can send you the CCS contract regarding use of ESTF funds. Once it’s signed and returned, we will update your FACTS tuition account for the ESTF program.

*New families admitted to ESTF for the coming school year will not receive their initial ESTF payment from the state until July 31. The balance of CCS program fees is due July 10(?), so new ESTF families will need to pay program fees out of pocket and/or can budget/save funds for next year since remaining funds rollover.

*ESTF does cover tutoring and music/fine arts, but that is done independently from the teacher and not through CCS billing. You must ask the individual teacher or tutor if they have a Class Wallet account and then they will send you an invoice.

→ The state deposits quarterly installments into Class Wallet. You will be notified by Class Wallet via email when the funds have been deposited into your Class Wallet account. Click here for a PDF with step-by-step instructions.

→ There is a $35 late fee if not submitted by the due date, which is not covered by ESTF funds.

→ Families who would like to apply for the CCS multi-child scholarship must first submit proof of denial of ESTF funds to the Finance Manager via email at [email protected] in order to qualify for the scholarship. 

→ Yes. You have to apply for ESTF funds from the state annually, even if you were approved and received funds the previous school year. Information on re-applying will come from the state. Visit the website here.

Every year, if you receive approval for ESTF funds, you need to contact the CCS Finance Department and let us know so we can adjust your billing information.
