As the parent of a child at Calvary Christian School, you know better than anyone the kind of education and training our students receive. You are our best advertisement!

Encourage your friends and family members to consider joining the CCS family!
Tell them to indicate they were referred by you on their Online Application.
Submit a New Family Referral Form on FACTS SIS (Web Forms) yourself.
The new family applies and is accepted to Calvary Christian School.
For each family that joins CCS as a result of your referral*, you will receive up to $500 of tuition credit!

*To be considered a qualified referral, the family being referred must mention your referral at the first point of contact with the school and must also mention your referral on their Online Application. Then they must apply and be accepted, complete their enrollment, and pay the Registration Fee, the Program Fee, and the first month’s tuition.

Applying the Credit

Once your qualified referral has been confirmed, the tuition credit will be applied as a $50 per month tuition credit throughout the school year in which the family is enrolled.

If a family joins CCS and begins paying tuition in August, you will receive a $50 per month credit for all ten months of the school year, totaling a $500 credit.

If a family joins CCS and begins paying tuition in January, you will receive a $50 per month credit for five months of the school year, totaling a $250 credit.

There is no limit to the number of families you can recommend; however, your tuition credits may not exceed your total tuition for the current year and may not be “rolled over” to the next year.

Newly referred families also receive up to $100 of tuition credit!

The tuition credit will be applied as a $10 per month tuition credit throughout the school year in which the family is enrolled.

If a family joins CCS and begins paying tuition in August, they will receive a $10 per month credit for all ten months of the school year, totaling a $100 credit.

If a family joins CCS and begins paying tuition in January, they will receive a $10 per month credit for five months of the school year, totaling a $50 credit.

Families with past due accounts will receive monthly credit toward their past due amount.
